What type of events does Kawartha Audio provide DJ and Audio Services for?
We provide our premier DJ and audio services for a wide range of events, including weddings, school dances, private parties, sporting events, camps, Jack and Jill parties, Emo nights, Country nights, 2000s-themed events, and even Metal nights. Whatever the occasion, we've got you covered with our expert audio services and unmatched energy!
What other services do you provide or offer?
We provide set ups for open mic nights, Karaokee nights, Celebration's of Life as well as Radio Commercial Ads! If its audio related chances are we have you covered, message anytime with any question!
Do you offer lights?
Yes! We include lighting in several of our packages and always do our best to fit the occassion!
*** If this is something that you would be interested in adding on, as a courtesy, we do ask you notify your Photographer if our time's overlap (Professional LED and Laser lights have the potential to distort photos and damage cameras, we don't want to be a nuisance and we don't want you paying for something you may not be able to use!)
Who owns Kawartha Audio and how do you operate?
Kawartha Audio is family owned and operated by Kyle Wilfong and Sarah Rose. Both are born and raised in the Kawarthas and are now raising their own young family there as well!
Travel, Set Up and Other fees.
At Kawartha Audio when we provide a quote for your event, we will have all the details we need including location and time, therefore all of our prices and quotes are including ALL fees! We do not have any hidden charges or fees, and are always happy to give a detailed breakdown of our services via quote or invoice.
How do I pay Kawartha Audio for their services?
At Kawartha Audio when booking your event we ask for a 25% down payment to hold the date & request the rest of the payment 24hrs before the start of your event. However, we are always willing to work with our clients and can arrange alternative payment methods when speaking about further details. We accept cash, cheque or etransfer.
When will you come and set up for my event? How long does it take? How much space do you need?
We are more than happy to accomidate any set up times you request to make your special occasion perfect. When booking larger events and weddings we have no issue setting up the day before to help run through rehearsal. Anything we can do to make your day easier is what we are there for.
We are very quick with our set up times and usually request 45 minutes to an hour and will have everything fully up, running and sound checked. We offer top of the line equipment to guarentee a large sound in a compact set up taking up minimal space ensuring not to be an eyesore for your big event.
What sort of equipment or accommodations does Kawartha Audio need from me?
We are a fully mobile and functioning service, we do not require anything from our clients. We may ask about accessability for load in or if your location has reliable wifi, however, regardless we can work around these obstacles we just like to know in advance. But as for equipment and accomodation we have everything including seating and tables in different sizes to accomidate your event.
Is my date and event going to be a priority?
Yes, when booking your event and taking a deposit. We then lock in your date and will not double book events for the same day.
Can I choose my own music? Will you play any genre and era?
Absolutely, we encourage you to give us any songs and artists or eras you love and prefer to ensure we have the perfect playlist for you and your family/friends.
